Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves a strong desire to have a career of helping people and making a positive difference in the lives of others. This is a sales position so unlike most! There is not just one product or line of products you are trying to sell to a customer. Your ultimate goal is to provide an exceptional level of service, education, and exceed the expectations of clients that ultimately result in a sale and future referrals from those same clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilize reasonable math skills to assist customers with determining property values of a home they intend to sell and/or monthly payments for buyers in the process of purchasing a new home.
- Be highly available to clients with a flexible and expansive schedule. Since most people do work normal business hours, this means Realtors do not! Evenings and weekends are very important for availability.
- Professionally educate buyers and/or sellers on the entire process of a real estate transaction and guide them through each step of the way.
- Connect buyers and sellers to peripheral providers such as home mortgage lenders, home inspectors, title companies, and more.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in commissioned sales may be helpful but not required. We provide full and extensive training.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively engaging with customers and conveying transactional and property information.
- Strong level of interpersonal communication skills and ability to create customer relationships that are cultivated throughout your career.
