As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Manufacturers’ Representative based in Minnesota to help expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with customers.
What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturers’ Representative, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial distributors, OEMs, and end users.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between RMS Industrial Sales and our customers, representing our product lines with expertise and professionalism.
- Provide technical support and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and customers to promote products, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and industry trends to position RMS Industrial Sales as a trusted partner.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales, power transmission products, or related fields.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust with clients and partners.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Minnesota and nearby regions to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Location: Based in Minnesota with the ability to work remotely.
