RequirementsAn Illinois real estate license. If you don't have a license, we can help. Classes are offered in person or online. Illinois licensees must be 18 and have be a high school graduate or have GED. Must pass State licensing exam. The ideal entry-level real estate representative will be teachable, self-motivated, and creative. Responsibilities Put in the time and energy to:
- take advantage of our reputation, tools, and support to respond quickly to today's buyers' and sellers' needs
- be knowledgeable about your local community and real estate market
- learn new tech tools and take advantage of our coaching and training diligently follow up with leads that are provided by the brokerage
Pay: \$75,000.00 to \$125,000.00
