Job Summary: Perform daily activities resulting in opportunities to Lease, Acquire & Dispose of Commercial Real Estate Properties.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid State of New Jersey Real Estate License
- Successful candidate to posses 2-3 years minimum experience
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
General Responsibilities:
- Utilize a CRM system
- Prepare photographs & prepare information to allow the Administrative Assistance to prepare marketing brochures & memorandums as required
- Follow up to make sure these items are properly distributed to all marketing sites
- Prospect for new business & referral sources
- Networking at professional events
- Develop relationships by through networking, phone calls and visiting decision makers and businesspeople
- Attend all property visits by those interested in leasing and or buying the property
- Create and review all advertisement material with Administrative Assistance
- Confirm all documentation to be accurate
- Attend meetings, closings, lease signing and other events to assure all paperwork is properly executed and all payments are received in a timely manner
