Job Overview
We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Assistant. If

providing exceptional administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills are essential for
this position.
- Present a professional image to any current or potential customers.
- Manages telephone calls, emails, and any other form of communication for the
agent.
-Provides administrative support to the agent with an emphasis on marketing,
records keeping and office organization.
-Works with agent to make sure all office administrative duties pertaining to
contracts, listings, and various other tasks are taken care of for the agents and
customers.
-Maintains electronic and paper files for real estate agent.
- Creates, updates, and maintains all New Listings, Price Changes, Extensions,
Under Contracts, Sold properties, etc. in real estate based software programs and
websites for agents and office, self-audit for accuracy.
-Maintains confidential information on agent and customers; adheres to ethical
and confidentiality agreements put forth by the company.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the needs of the
agents' business.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive
information.
Education and/or Experience
High School education required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of related experience required working in a role supporting executives.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and events.
Must have a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Ability to resolve conflict constructively.
Work experience may substitute for education requirements on a case-by-case
basis.
