Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager for our Richmond, Michigan office. The ideal candidate will be a positive and motivating leader with a proven track record in Real Estate Sales. This role requires someone who is passionate about training, coaching, and inspiring agents to reach their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Retain: Create a supportive and engaging environment to retain top talent and ensure agent satisfaction.
Recruit: Attract and retain top talent by promoting our office’s positive culture and growth opportunities.
Drive Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate and Inspire: Create a positive and supportive office culture that motivates agents to excel.
Recruiting to Grow: Understand the importance of growth through affiliation. Implement agent attraction practices that embrace our company value proposition.
Training and Coaching: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our agents. Provide one-on-one coaching to help agents grow their business.
Leadership: Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and customer service.
Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and assist agents in developing strategies to achieve their goals.
Community Engagement: Represent Coldwell Banker Professionals in the community, building relationships and enhancing our brand reputation.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, train, and coach a team of agents.
Positive Attitude: A positive and uplifting approach to leadership and team building.
Learner’s Mindset: Avid learner with a desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
