What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Manager position at Coldwell Banker Residential Property Management?
We are currently seeking an experienced apartment manager looking to take on a new challenge. We are looking for an aggressive property manager who is not afraid to work hard, be a part of a team, and lead an experienced maintenance staff. We need a manager that is tech-savvy beyond just receiving and sending emails. We are looking for someon that can manage 2 locations for a total of 125 units.
What we are looking for:
2 years of property management experience or 5 years of assistant property management experience
Strong Leasing skills
Ability to implement leasing and marketing practices to increase occupancy rapidly
Knowledge of P&L statements, various standard multifamily reporting
Able to set schedules and manage maintenance
Must be comfortable with dealing with third-party vendors
Experience with Appfolio preferred but not required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite of Applications, DropBox, and various social media sites
Must be able to understand the nuance of new software and be able to learn new technologies quickly
Able to problem-shoot fundamental IT issues within a small office
Able to work alone and under direction by email and phone
You must be a self-starter
Reliable transportation
Must be well-organized
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
