Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws governing rental properties.
- Utilize Appfolio management software for tenant records, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain positive relationships.
- Oversee facilities management to ensure all common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Prepare administrative reports on occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and improvements as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in Appfolio or similar property management software is highly desirable.
