Responsibilities include:
Directing, controlling and evaluating all on-site personnel, maintaining a stabilized fiscal operation, maintaining the physical property, establish daily schedules for personnel, train all staff members, maintain a good rapport with residents, prepare and process leases, approve applications according to qualifying criteria, assist in the collections of rent and delinquent accounts, bank deposits, purchase office supplies, supervise outside contractors on the property, supervise all move-ins, and move-outs, apartment inspections, ensure service requests are handled timely, carry out legal proceedings such as evictions, on-call, assist in the preparation of property budgets.
Requirements:
Two years of management experience in the apartment industry, ability to use independent judgment, maintain a professional appearance, team player, proficient computer skills, ability to read and write English, ability to move about the apartment community to show rental property both upstairs and ground level, valid driver license, reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
