Position Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with strong video production and editing skills to manage all aspects of our social media and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will create high-end video content, manage social media platforms, and enhance our overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production & Editing:
- Travel to homes to shoot high-quality videos showcasing properties.
- Edit video content to create visually appealing, engaging materials for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all video content aligns with our brand standards and conveys professionalism.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule multiple high-end, engaging social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, adapting strategies as needed to optimize reach and effectiveness.
- Marketing Material Improvement:
- Revamp outdated marketing materials to reflect current branding and messaging.
- Develop new marketing materials as needed to support business goals (flyers, brochures, client resources, etc.).
Requirements:
- Strong video production and editing skills (proficiency with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience managing and growing social media platforms for a business.
- A creative eye for design and content creation.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to travel locally for video shoots.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus, but not required.
