Position Overview : We are a leading pediatric outpatient therapy provider seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on educating families about the benefits of telehealth therapy, supporting them in understanding the value of remote treatment, and guiding them through the initial stages of accessing care. This position is fully remote and ideal for a people-oriented, results -driven individual committed to helping families make the best therapy choices for their children.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outreach to families via phone, email, and video calls to explain the advantages of telehealth therapy services.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with families to address questions, concerns, and logistics around teletherapy.
Assess family needs and provide tailored information on how telehealth can support their child's therapy goals.
Work closely with the clinical team to stay updated on service offerings and teletherapy best practices.
Build relationships and serve as a trusted resource to families as they decide on the best therapy option for their child.
Maintain accurate records of family interactions in our EMR system and track leads through the sales funnel. This would include aiding families with the scheduling of intial evaluations in the EMR system.
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or telehealth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help families.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with EMR systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
Passion for pediatric healthcare and commitment to delivering high-quality information to families.
