Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional and courteous service and present a positive and professional image of the company
- Greet and refer visitors to the appropriate personnel,
- Manage the ordering of office supplies
- Answer, screen, and route telephone calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Manage outgoing and incoming mail
- Help support daily production paperwork
- Handle monthly Hy-Vee Anniversary/Birthday orders
- Receive/review and route invoices to appropriate AP personnel
- Communicate to shipping department as truck drivers arrive for drop off/pick up, assist in the rescheduling of trucks as needed
- Assist HR with orientation packets
- Assist HR with review of timecards (incorrect/missing punches)
- Assist HR with review of monthly reports
- Filing
- Participate in weekly management team meetings

- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to take feedback and desire to grow personally and professionally
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred by not required
