As a Front Desk Associate at D1 Training Coralville, you’ll be the first point of contact for athletes, parents, and members. You’ll create a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment while supporting daily operations, sales, and administrative tasks to help our facility run smoothly and efficiently.

D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180 in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

As a Front Desk Associate at D1 Training Coralville, you’ll be the first point of contact for athletes, parents, and members. You’ll create a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment while supporting daily operations, sales, and administrative tasks to help our facility run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Schedule training sessions and manage class check-ins
- Assist with membership sales and provide information on training programs and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Support coaches and staff with day-to-day operations and special events
- Track and follow up with leads and prospects
- Monitor and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or fitness industry experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (CRM, POS, scheduling software, etc.)
