Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Associate at D1 Training Coralville, you’ll be the first point of contact for athletes, parents, and members. You’ll create a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment while supporting daily operations, sales, and administrative tasks to help our facility run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
• Schedule training sessions and manage class check-ins
• Assist with membership sales and provide information on training programs and services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
• Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
• Support coaches and staff with day-to-day operations and special events
• Track and follow up with leads and prospects
• Monitor and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or fitness industry experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (CRM, POS, scheduling software, etc.)
