Florida's largest litigation firm, Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking an experienced Subpoena Clerk for its West Palm Beach office. Applicants should have previous work experience at a law firm, be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be well organized to join our fast-growing team. Experience with iManage is a plus. - Assist lawyers and paralegals with issuing subpoenas
- Conduct follow-up calls and communicate status
- Organize records and other materials
- Keep detailed records on a spreadsheet
- Tasks must be timely and properly documented
