What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Clerk position at Cole, Scott & Kissane, PA?
Candidates must have knowledge of court procedures, courtMAP, E-Courtesy and E-filing via E-Portal. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the state court systems, have at least 2 years' experience working in the legal field, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, be very detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and be well organized. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must. Candidate must be able to communicate with staff, court reporters, process servers, and provide daily updates on pending requests. Candidates with ATO (formerly Client Profiles) I-Manage experience will be given preference.
