About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Project Manager or Drafter to join our team for a minimum of a 6-month time period for several new multi-family and commercial projects currently in development. This role will assist with drafting details, code analysis, quality assurance, construction administration, and other key functions related to architectural project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in commercial architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft construction details and technical drawings using Revit.
- Conduct code analysis and ensure compliance with local and national building regulations.
- Assist in redline reviews and quality control of drawings for accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit drawings for city permit review and respond to city comments.
- Support project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and specifications.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet key milestones.
- Assist with construction administration as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in professional architectural drafting of commercial and multi-family residential projects.
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Strong knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Details:
- This is a contract or temporary position for 6 months, with potential for extension or full-time employment as needed.
