Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent.
- 8 Years of Experience Post Graduation.
- Expertise working with Kindergarten, Elementary, and Secondary school project types preferred.
- Demonstrates judgment and decision-making to connect with organizational goals and priorities.
- Skills in communicating with client leadership regarding project objectives.
- Experience using Revit in all phases of design and documentation a plus.
- Provide overall technical, design, and management leadership of project teams.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of project teams.
- Accountability for the overall success of projects.
- Plan and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Manage teams of architects and external consultants.
- Negotiate and manage consultant and owner contracts.
