JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY -We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to serve as Director of Corporate Brand Marketing. This person will elevate and align the Cole West brand across four key areas: Corporate Marketing, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, and Investor Engagement.
This is not just a role for a visionary—it’s for a doer. You’ll own the brand from concept to execution, bringing strategy to life through thoughtful storytelling, clear systems, and consistent follow-through. This role requires someone who can move between high-level brand building and day-to-day execution with ease. You’ll lead a growing team and collaborate closely with internal leaders and external partners
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
Corporate Marketing
- Steward the Cole West brand—ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistency across all internal and external channels.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns, PR strategies, content marketing, and partnerships that strengthen our market position.
- Lead a blended team of in-house talent and outside creatives, vendors, and agencies to bring the brand to life.
- Oversee website strategy, social media presence, and digital content execution.
Customer Experience
- Own the full homebuyer experience across all communities—from initial engagement to post-close.
- Execute thoughtful, branded touchpoints, including communications, signage, gifts, and digital experiences.
- Partner with design, construction, and customer care to create seamless and memorable buyer journeys.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive internal brand alignment through communications, events, storytelling, and company-wide rituals.
- Work with People & Culture to define and enhance the employee journey—from recruitment through offboarding.
- Execute internal brand strategies that foster belonging, pride, and team connection
. Investor Engagement
- Lead the development and execution of a best-in-class investor experience.
- Create branded materials, communications, and events that reflect transparency, trust, and value.
- Support capital and development teams in delivering clear, well-designed investor-facing materials
Qualifications
- 3 years in marketing, brand, or communications roles, with 2 years in leadership capacity.
- Proven ability to execute cross-functional brand strategies that drive impact and consistency.
- A strong creative instinct paired with operational focus—you bring ideas to life.
- Experience managing teams and external partners to execute projects on time and on brand.
- Strong communicator and storyteller who can write, present, and lead across audiences.
- Experience with internal culture-building, customer experience, and investor communications.
- Background in real estate, development, or other customer-facing industries preferred.
• Basic graphic design skills required, such as:
o Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite tools (such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop)
o Editing images and layouts for social or print
o Applying brand guidelines to visual content
o Collaborating effectively with designers by understanding design tools and terminology
