POSITION SUMMARY:
LifeWave’s VP of International Marketing is a unique and important role that is responsible for working with our international markets and regions to develop consistent and comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs across the globe. Responsible for planning and directing all activities, policies, and development of business units in other countries. Develops strategies that align with corporate goals and expand international presence. Implements operational processes to meet the needs of the business, produce sustainable growth, and minimize risk. Evaluates operational performance results against organizational goals. Develops operating budgets and monitors resource allocation. Maintains expert knowledge of international customs, laws, and regulations. Audits operations to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
International Partnership and Collaboration:
• Work with local teams to ensure brand consistency and optimal market penetration across international territories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and legal to ensure smooth international market operations.
• Discover and define market and regional marketing needs and develop tools and solutions to support these needs.
Strategic Planning:
• Analyze international market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to develop strategic marketing plans for key target markets.
• Work with Operations, Sales, and Regional teams to develop market launch plans and ongoing support.
• Collaborate Define market entry strategies, pricing models, and branding localization for different regions.
• Develop and implement processes for tiered levels of marketing support for global markets.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in new markets.
• Analyze market data to measure marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Campaign Development and Execution:
• Develop and implement culturally relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital and social media.
• Create compelling brand messaging and content that resonates with target audiences in different regions.
• Manage translation and localization of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of international marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on international market performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as business management or business administration
• 15 years of Marketing or Business management experience
• Deep understanding of international marketing principles and strategies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify trends
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
• Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple markets
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams across different time zones
WORK ENVIORMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
• Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State only, subject to approval.
