JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Cole West is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Land Analyst to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will support the Land Development team in managing and executing large-scale master-planned communities comprising more than 12,000 finished lots in Utah and Texas. Reporting directly to the President of Land, you will play a key role in financial modeling, pipeline tracking, and project execution.
DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Develop and maintain financial models and budgets for large-scale land development projects.
- Organize, lead, and/or participate in the due diligence of projects pursued or under contract.
- Create presentation materials and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and distribute updates for the land development pipeline on a weekly basis.
- Maintain organized and accurate folders with materials for each of the projects pursued.
- Support various land development activities including permit applications, plat preparation, and participation in weekly construction meetings.
EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in financial modeling with strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Critical thinker and self-starter capable of accomplishing tasks with limited guidance and supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior Real Estate Finance Internship Experience.
Preferred: Experience with artificial intelligence tools and coding in Python, VBA, or similar languages
