Coleman Company, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager/Senior Engineer for our Residential Land Development Group. Successful candidates will have at least 8 years of experience with residential site design who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Work with land development clients to meet their goals and objectives
Work with Coleman Company staff including other civil engineers, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors to prepare master plans, construction documents, and subdivision plats in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with permitting agencies, utility companies, and other stakeholders to shepherd projects towards approval.
Oversee the design to ensure a high quality and constructable project.
Minimum Requirements:
BS Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Professional Engineer in the State of Georgia or ability to obtain within 6 months
Professional Engineer in the State of South Carolina or ability to obtain within 6 months
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D in designing roadways, grading, and utility layout
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong public speaking skills, both internally and externally
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
High moral and ethical character
Desire to mentor less experienced staff
