- What are we looking for from you?
- Supports Coleman’s prescriber and nursing employees
- Support training needs for all levels of the organization
- Provide backup for other trainers
- Travel throughout Ohio to various Coleman locations when needed
- What qualifications will you need to be a successful Behavioral Healthcare Clinical Trainer?
- Minimum of RN, LSW, or LPC license
- Experience with E&M codes and ICD-10 coding with knowledge in all areas of documentation requirements
- Experience with electronic health records and a behavioral health environment
- Understand behavioral health and psychiatry medical terminology
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to travel to various CHS locations as needed
- Maintain an excellent driving record
