Under the supervision of the Residential Director, you will support clients in developing independent living skills, connect clients with essential community resources and coordinate client care to ensure all health-related needs are met. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. This position pays $19.19/hour.
Qualified Case Managers:
· Bachelor's degree or three years' relevant experience
· Valid Driver License and clean driving record
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills
· Must be willing to complete and have favorable drug and alcohol screening if selected for the position
· Behavioral health experience is preferred
