Position: Business Development Representative (B2B Sales)
Location: Miami, FL (On the Road)
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Walk into local businesses daily, introducing Coleman International Security to business owners/managers.
- Present security solutions tailored to each business type (retail, corporate, construction, etc.).
- Hand out marketing materials (brochures, business cards, flyers).
- Collect business owner contact information for follow-ups.
- Set appointments for in-depth sales consultations.
- Maintain a daily log of visits and report progress to management.
- Close deals when possible and earn commissions on signed contracts.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, B2B, or retail).
- Confident and persuasive communicator.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year
- Commission: $100–$500 per signed contract (depending on deal size)
- Bonuses: Performance-based incentives for meeting/exceeding quotas
