- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research of the U.S. HVAC wholesale market to identify and screen potential leads.
- Lead Generation & Account Management: Drive sales growth by proactively reaching out to prospective customers (via phone, email, or in-person visits), building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients.
- Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to channel partners, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell our company's products.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with channel partners to ensure mutual success in meeting sales objectives.
- CRM & Organization: Record and track prospect/customer interactions, appointments, and tasks in a shared format for seamless team collaboration.
- Sales Support: Offer marketing materials, product information, and sales collateral to channel partners, enabling them to drive demand and close deals.
- Industry Awareness: Remain current with the latest HVAC technologies and trends to provide informed guidance and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
