OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service. Take calls from customers regarding any problems with cards at the pump, CFN card or driver changes, and issuing new or replacement cards. Help customers with quarterly reports, invoice reprint requests or questions, etc. Reviewing CFN Fraud Alerts and card error notice emails and following up with customers. Assist Cardlock Manager with special projects from time to time.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking cardlock/card issue calls and taking care of the customer’s requests and needs. (Card changes, New Cards, Online Access setup, Quarterly Reports, etc.)
- Set up new accounts, set up tax exceptions on cards, if appropriate.
- Backing up daily cardlock processing, proofing transactions, then processing invoices and inventory transfers. Process mid-month invoices and month end processing.
- Backing up daily price changes at the sites, importing prices into billing software and sending Price Notes to customers.
- Assist with the yearly Oregon Audit. Run gallon reports, send letters, and request new Schedule C’s or F’s every year. Keep spreadsheet up to date of new Oregon customers.
- Reviewing CFN Fraud Alerts and checking CFN Emails and following up with customers. (Site time not allowed, Bad DID, Gallon Limit, Transaction Limit, etc.)
- Perform other duties, projects, etc. as assigned by supervisor.

COMPENSATION:
Starting Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 DOE
Salary Range: $19.00 to $25.00 DOE

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
