OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for providing the highest quality and consistent fast-food program. Requires above average time management, self-motivation skills, and personal hygiene. To assist Deli Manager. Follow health regulations required by law. Be courteous with all associates, work well with others. Work well with the store manager and retail manager. Be innovative in introducing new products. Promote safe work habits by following company safety procedures.
JOB DUTIES:
- Cook and prepare complete menu on a daily basis and monitor food temperature
- Prepare food order for vendors twice a week when Deli Manager is absent
- Stocking and rotating inventory for freshness
- Work with manager on improving food selection and gross profit
- Keeping work area clean and detail cleaning of food equipment including sterilization

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs, bend, stretch, reach and be able to stand for extended periods of time

COMPENSATION:
Starting Salary: $16.30

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
