Retail Station Manager

OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting the supervising of the overall operation of retail station.  First contact for customers, store personnel and vendors. Responsible for assisting with the facility sales and profitability improvements.  Responsible for ensuring facility cleanliness.  Responsible for overall store operations, including merchandising, personnel, and facility maintenance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Measure customer satisfaction. Use results to improve customer service and product sales.
• Merchandising the facility to maximize sales and gross profit through ordering/monitoring, selection, placement, and stocking. Review invoices, control shrinkage, monitor vendors, and maintain price books.
• Responsible for employee relations including staffing levels, training, job assignments, completion of job assignments and coaching.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Ensure that daily bookwork, vendor invoices and other bookkeeping requirements are completed accurately and promptly.
• Inform regional manager of problems. Policy decisions and sales statistics. Justify budget variations.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by top management.

• Must be able to lift to 40lbs, bend, stretch, reach and be able to stand for extended periods of time.

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range:  $18.55 to $20.15 DOE

401(k) - Full time and part time employees are eligible to enroll in the company 401(k) plan following a predetermined amount of time.  This option comes with a company match of up to 4%.

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1^st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
