To be successful in this role, you will need :
- Experience in building and leading teams both as a direct functional manager and cross-functional leader
- Proven track record of success in leading cost negotiations with suppliers
- Ability to develop strong, collaborative, and influential working relationships with business stakeholders both externally and internally
- Analytical aptitude and resourceful problem solving
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to both build and present Powerpoint content to management and executive levels of the organization
- Experience and passion for leading and developing global teams
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- KPI and tracker development skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas, If / Then statements)
