Job Description :
- Assist in providing physical therapy treatments under the direction of a physical therapist.
- Work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team to improve patients' mobility and physical function.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Engage in patient-centered therapy sessions with attention to individual goals and progress.
- Familiarity with Rehab Optima software is preferred but not required.
- Review compliance with the following credentialing checklist :
- Resume and references (three required)
- County, federal, and multi-state criminal background checks (seven years or more)
- Nationwide sex offender search (seven years or more)
- Health and Human Services (HHS) / Office of Inspector General (OIG) search
- General Services Administration (GSA) search
- Social Security Number Trace
- Two-step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray
- System for Award Management (SAM) search
- Specific state background check with fingerprints, conducted by the facility
Note : Bilingual skills and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
