Colgate University seeks a skilled Financial Analyst Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately disbursement and receipt of cash related to the accounting office.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain cash management policies and procedures
- Scanning documents and maintaining records
In addition to these core responsibilities, you may be required to provide backup coverage for other general accounting positions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated mastery of financial data sufficient to error check and validate key data sets and reports
- Demonstrated knowledge of key financial systems and university-related business policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Two or more years of relevant experience
