REMOTE Sr. Contract Negotiator position with occasional onsite requirements a few times a year in Baltimore, MD. MUST reside in MD, VA, DE, or PA.

Requirements:
- MSA and SOW experience
- 10 years of experience in financial analysis and/or contract management, ideally in technology or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presenting actionable insights for negotiation purposes.
- Experience drafting and managing contracts (e.g., technology-specific agreements with data security, privacy, and liability considerations).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a support role while remaining flexible to take on paralegal-like tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business owners, vendors, and senior leadership (e.g., CFOs, COOs).
- IT and healthcare experience is preferred, particularly with technology integrations, data security, or risk evaluation.
- Willingness to occasionally work on-site (1-2 times per month) and adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
