Show Us Your Skills
To help us get to know you better, in the application we’ve included a few questions about organization, communication, and relationship-building—all key skills for success in this role. If this would be your first recruiting position, that’s okay! We encourage you to share a relevant example from another job, internship, or experience that demonstrates your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, or build strong relationships.
For example, if you’ve never managed multiple job requisitions, you could describe a time when you juggled multiple projects, coordinated schedules, or worked in a fast-paced environment where organization was critical. The goal is to understand how your skills translate to a recruiting role. We look forward to learning more about you!
