JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator collaborates closely with Recruiter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Serving as a key partner, they support recruiting activities and help foster strong candidate relationships—often delivering a candidate's first impression of client.
We seek a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills who can effectively engage with hiring managers and candidates, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and thrives on the challenge of attracting top talent
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams, including reserving conference rooms and arranging travel as needed.
- Confirm availability of internal staff and external participants for candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a professional and positive approach.
- Process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage administrative tasks related to scheduling, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years Scheduling Support experience
- Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills required, with ability to communicate across all levels of employees
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and high level of self-initiative with an emphasis on delivering results
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking tools and databases preferred
Salary : $20 - $25
