Job Details
Day To Day Responsbilities:
- Write Ansible playbooks for automating configuration management, software installation, and application deployment on Linux servers.
- Write Python scripts to automate complex tasks, support system-level operations, and create tools for improving system efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure the seamless operation of application infrastructure and core internal components, continuously monitoring systems to maintain their health and performance.
- Detect and address application issues in supported infrastructures before they affect users, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
- Oversee the smooth deployment of software releases, managing the release lifecycle and providing troubleshooting support to resolve issues during or after deployment.
- Respond quickly to incidents, efficiently identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure minimal disruption to services.
Required Skills:
10 years experience with Linux OS internals and Operational OS skills.
Expertise in handling overall IT Infrastructure Scheduled maintenance.
Experience scripting with Python
Experience working with Confluence and/or Remedy Systems
Experience writing ansible playbooks
Monitoring of the Core environment components.
Efficient in handling Incident and problem management.
Excellent Operational skills, troubleshooting Production issues and identifying Root Cause Prevention.
Pay Rate Range: $55/HR- $60/HR
