Position Details:
Position: Midrange Production Support Engineer
Location: Charlotte
Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr.
Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)
Day to Day:
- Providing L3 Production Support for high-profile financial applications
- Troubleshooting critical issues to ensure on-time financial transactions
- Leading triage calls and collaborating with developers to solve problems
- Setting up monitoring tools to track application performance
- Analyzing error logs and identifying root causes
Must Haves:
- Java & Linux experience
- Autosys & SQL expertise
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, Sitescope, Dynatrace
- Oracle database experience
