Job Description : Mission :
Ensuring seamless inventory flow within warehouses by managing inventory transfers between sites. Supporting the intake of new inventory and removing excess stock to maintain operational efficiency. Focused on inventory management for sorting centers and warehouses.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Primarily working on a computer using Excel for inventory managementParticipating in virtual meetings with teams based in SeattleStrong communication skills for sending and receiving emails via Outlook, as well as using collaboration tools like Chime and SlackObtaining approvals for inventory removals and managing follow-upsHandling inventory-related tasks specific to warehouse devicesEnsuring high levels of attendance and reliabilityManaging large-scale inventory (100,000 units) efficientlyMaintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detailAdditional Notes :
Two-week training on internal tools before independent work beginsNo presentation or graphic / chart creation requiredKey Qualifications :
High school diploma with 5 years of warehouse management experience, including basic inventory management (e.g., cycle counting)Advanced proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP, INDEX / MATCH, sorting, filtering, analysis)Proficiency in Outlook for email management and schedulingFamiliarity with collaboration tools like Chime and Slack for meetings and communicationStrong computer navigation skillsWill receive training on company-specific inventory management toolsInterview Process :
