About the Role :
This position involves receiving, maintaining, and managing data within the active records process in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Additionally, this role serves as a backup for the GLP Archivist position.
Pay Range : $22 -$24
Responsibilities : -
Data entry into a computer-based index inventory system for active study records.
Maintain active record storage, checkouts, and security.
Ensure smooth transition of records from Regulatory Sciences to the Archives.
Scan records and upload them to an electronic database.
Process documents promptly to facilitate the flow of documents to required parties.
Maintain and process documentation in a GLP-compliant manner.
Serve as a backup archivist when needed.
Education Qualification : -
College / University degree or 4 years of experience in a related subject area.
Required Skills : -
Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice Standards (GLP).
Experience in a regulated environment, quality management systems, and document management (physical and electronic) is preferred.
Ability to understand, follow, and implement SOPs, regulations, and other written guidance.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe applications.
