- Assist in customer escalations and complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Effectively manage call queues, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a high attention to detail, especially when recording customer information and updating systems.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers, building rapport and trust.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve service quality.
- Ensure adherence to all company protocols, maintaining excellent attendance and work ethics.
- Provide multilingual support (English/Spanish) for diverse customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment, preferably within a call center.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Experience in a healthcare or medical environment preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay Range : $21/hr. - $23/hr.
Salary : $21 - $23
