Job Description
Qualifications
- Must have at least 80% call center listening test result
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work in teams
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
Desired Skills:
- Previous Collection experience
- College degree desired, but not required
- Desire to resolve customer issues a must
- Home loans experience preferred
