Title : Customer Care Specialist
Location : Austin, TX 78727 - Fully Onsite
Pay rate : $20 / hr.
Duration : 6-9 Months
Responsibilities :
Process enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide timely responses to inquiries and concerns
Process 100% of assigned applications daily and meet minimum daily quotas
Validate provider submitted enrollment information to ensure minimum standards are met
Send deficiency letters to notify providers of incomplete applications
Education Qualification :
High school degree or GED required
2 years of college preferred (emphasis on Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience
Detail-oriented
Experience in processing enrollment applications in Healthcare Insurance, Workers Comp, or Medicaid markets
Strong data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet daily quotas and deadlines
