Job Description : Job Summary :
We are seeking a Bilingual HR Customer Support Representative fluent in English and either Spanish or French to assist with HR-related inquiries through chat, phone, and email. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. This role requires handling high call volumes (13-14 calls per day, averaging 10-15 minutes each) and performing structured processes within Workday and other HR systems.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide HR-related customer support via chat, phone, and email while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.Process system updates, such as manager changes and promotions in Workday.Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations while handling sensitive HR information.Manage a high volume of inquiries, particularly during peak season (January-April).Utilize Office Suite, Workday, Excel, and Zendesk to log and track inquiries.Maintain typing efficiency of at least 40 WPM to ensure timely responses.Qualifications :
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish / French (reading and writing required) - a written language assessment will be conducted.Previous experience in customer service, HR support, or a receptionist role preferred.Proficiency in Office Suite, Workday, Excel, and Zendesk is a plus.Ability to work independently after training.Must be comfortable with structured processes and handling a high volume of inquiries.A background in HR or a strong understanding of HR processes is preferred but not required.Pay Range : $21 / hr. - $24 / hr
