We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting our self-service tools.
This role focuses on providing outstanding customer support while encouraging the use of our digital self-service platforms to streamline processes such as payments, invoicing, and account management.
Position Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquires and concerns about account balances, billing, and payment options.
Take payments over the phone securely and assist customers in understanding their payment options.
Provide clear and concise responses to customer concerns about open balances and billing discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any issues related to customer accounts and ensure timely resolution.
Track and log customer interactions, payment processing, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
