Title: Customer Care - Call Center Core 3
Location: Burlington, MA 01803
Duration: 12 Months (Temp To perm)
Working Model: (Training on-site 3 Weeks Will be hybrid after training)
Pay Range : $20/hr-$21/hr
Description:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of Sales Support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks.
- Associates degree or higher education
- Knowledge of ERP system, PRD or P80 system and PC applications.
- Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Salary : $18 - $21
