The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, social media, and content management, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute global positioning, messaging, and creative content strategies. Craft compelling storytelling aligned with social media tone, style, and best practices. Manage community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Oversee day-to-day content development, website updates, and user experience improvements for the client postal based on competitive benchmarking. Monitor web traffic, build marketing dashboards, manage analytics, and ensure the site meets business needs. Assist in creating marketing materials and internal documents to support employer branding initiatives. Lead the reorganization and optimization of internal branding hub. Support CRM marketing campaigns and contribute to candidate outreach strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field. Strong editorial skills with expertise in AP Style writing. Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with web analytics and monitoring digital performance metrics. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or graphic design skills. Ability to analyze marketing data and present actionable insights.
