Contract : Austin, Texas, US

Salary Range : 20.00 - 21.00 | Per Hour

Pay range = $20 / hr to $21 / hr

Responsibilities :

  • Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns related to provider enrollment.
  • Process 100% of assigned applications and maintenance requests following documented work instructions.
  • Identify deficiencies in applications and communicate with providers to make necessary corrections.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding application status and resolve enrollment application deficiencies via phone.

    • Education Qualification :

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
  • Required Skills :
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a growing work environment.
