Major Duties
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- File hard copy vehicle documents.
- Enter new vehicle information and received documents into the fleet database.
- Reconcile data across multiple platforms for accuracy.
- Experience in administrative support, data entry, or records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to take direction, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and functions.
- Experience with fleet databases or vehicle documentation (a plus).
- Rate: $ 20.00 per hour
- Length of Engagement: 2 months
- Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Location: Austin, TX 78744
