Electrical Engineer (Entry Level)

Job Summary:
This role involves conducting device failure investigations, analyzing engineering and software logs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct device return investigations to determine root causes of failures.


• Perform NDR (No Device Returned) investigations by analyzing available data to assess potential product performance issues.


• Utilize cloud-based data systems for documentation and reporting.


• Apply failure analysis techniques to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive product improvements.


• Review and interpret engineering and software logs for troubleshooting and investigation purposes.


• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards in all investigations and documentation.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance investigation efficiency and product reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 years of experience in electronics troubleshooting or failure analysis.


• Basic knowledge of software and engineering logs to aid in investigations.


• Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical devices.


• Effective cross-functional communication skills.


• Medical device industry experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing).


• Hands-on experience with failure analysis techniques and investigation methodologies.

Pay Range: $32/hr. - $35/hr.
