Primary Responsibilities:
- Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Coordination
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and on-site support for meetings held in the EBC.
- Coordinate catering, audiovisual needs, and room setup to ensure seamless execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and executives using the EBC.
- Maintain an organized calendar of bookings and assist with attendee communications.
- Ensure the Briefing center experience has been properly coordinated, planned, and executed with sales/channels or management personnel
- Coordinate all pre-visit briefing logistics and planning requirements
- Recommend and secure corporate resources to support Briefings
- With input from the Sales team, identify and articulate briefing objectives
- Develop customized briefing agendas, scheduling, and hosting pre-briefing meetings
- Facilitate demonstrations and facility tours for visiting high-level executives and other clients
- Manage the inventory of customer briefing gifts and collateral
- Event Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events (customer & internal)
- Support logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage event materials, shipments, and promotional items as needed.
- General Administrative & Support Tasks
- Maintain event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Prepare event reports, collect feedback and deliver metrics for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with industry trends and recommend improvements for future events.

- This position is part of the Global Events team, which is responsible for identifying and driving new or enhanced processes, tools, applications, and curricula that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the global sales force
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, corporate meetings, executive assistant, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of AV equipment and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams) is a plus.
